Two Ways to Get a POS Decision:

Step 1

LiveApp for Electronic Applications:

  • Available for all customers age 50 - 85.
  • Document delivery via email or SMS text.
  • Unique one-time passcode (OTP) for each customer signature.
  • POS decision generated within LiveApp.
  • Clickwrap for agent signatures.
  • No PHI required!

For customers who are the Proposed Insured, Owner, and Payor, with no intent to replace coverage.




Step 2

LiveApp for Paper Applications:

  • Complete a paper application with wet signatures.
  • Log into LiveApp to start a “PlanRight Paper POS.”
  • Enter Proposed Insured’s personal information and confirm medical questions.
  • Generate POS decision within LiveApp.
  • Record reference ID and close the application.

Ideal for customers who prefer traditional processes, want different owners/payors, or plan to replace existing coverage.
